General Information –
Papa John’s Peanuts, Inc. is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest
quality products as well as outstanding customer service. Call us at 1-866-757-6887 for answers to all
of your cotton candy and boiled peanut questions.
Optimal shelf life of cotton candy is 45 days, properly stored cotton candy can last several
months. Cotton candy must be stored in a cool, dry area out of direct sunlight and away from heat and humidity.
Exposure to these elements can drastically reduce the quality of your cotton candy.
We strive to package all cotton candy cases with
half pink and half blue, unless indicated otherwise on the order form. On rare occassions a case will leave our facility
containing a variation other than that listed above. Papa John's Peanuts, Inc. will not refund nor replace any portion
of the case due to this.
Generally,
cotton candy orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being received, with the exception of orders received after 11
a.m. on Fridays. When ordering cotton candy for a special event, it is imperative that Papa John’s
Cotton Candy be aware of the event date, so that we may ship accordingly. Last minute orders should be
placed via telephone to ensure customer receives product in time for event.
While ordering online, you must include any pertinent notes to us in the
section marked Special Instructions to the Merchant. This can be found on the “Review
Your Payment” page of the check out process. You can also change your shipping address on this page
as well. If you are unclear as to the appropriate date to have your order shipped, check the UPS transit
map to assist in the decision or feel free to call Papa John’s Peanuts, Inc. at 1-866-757-6887.

Regarding
Peanut Allergens -
Our cotton candy is produced and packaged in a separate facility from that of our boiled peanuts.
Each building employs staff members specific to that facility, whether it be cotton candy production or boiled peanut
production. Further information is available upon request.
