Amendment to
current shipping policy in effect as of 8/1/2011. This is in effect for the duration of extreme temperatures
that are affecting the United States.
A) Papa John's Peanuts, Inc. will only be shipping our frozen, perishable product
one day a week. This is to allow packaged order to remain in our walk in freezer over the weekend prior to shipping.
B) Each Monday
we will ship orders received during the previous week, ie if your order is received on Wednesday, it will ship on
the following Monday. Packaging of boiled peanut orders is only done on Fridays for shipping on Mondays.
We
do apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause our customers. It is our goal to provide you with the freshest,
best tasting peanuts possible. This added measure allows us to do just that.
Please note that our policy of 3 Day
Select for states outside of 3 days transit by ground is Still in effect.

In order to ensure prompt delivery of Papa
John’s Peanuts, Inc. perishable, frozen boiled peanuts, we have implemented the following changes to our shipping policy:
A) States that are beyond
(3) three days transit by UPS Ground will be required to pay the additional shipping charges for 3 Day Select service. You
MUST make the selection for 3 Day Select from the drop down menu in the shopping cart. Upgraded shipping is NOT
automatically choosen based on the zip code you enter.
B) These states WILL BE affected by the change:
Alaska, Hawaii, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Arizona, Utah,
Idaho, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, northern and western portions of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and New York.
Please check transit map to see if your geographical location falls into the northern or western portion of the latter states.
