This recipe is an adaptation of a desert that has been served at the Four Seasons
restaurant in New York for decades.
Layer slightly defrosted vanilla ice cream and cookies of your choice
into a bowl or mold and refreeze it to mold it into a nice shape. When ready to serve, place the bowl in warm water to
release the mold and then cover (insulate) it completely with white cotton candy. It's as simple as that!
After the candles are blown out it can be served self-service or sliced into individual portions adding a "veil"
of white cotton candy over each slice.
